Berry Chicken Salad w/ Poppy Seed Dressing


Here’s a quick salad that will make your tummy smile!

  • 3 oz Diced Chicken Breast  (I was short on time and used Tyson Grilled & Ready which worked like a charm!)
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach (did I mention I LOVE spinach?)
  • Raspberries (I used 10 berries because they’re about a calorie each)
  • 1/4 cup Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp Dried Cranberries (or any Salad Toppers)
  • 1/2 tbsp Pecans
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seed Dressing (I love the Panera brand, but any brand will do)

Toss it all together and away you go! 🙂
